Production Process Overview
Titanium seamless tubes are produced from titanium ingots by extrusion into tube billets, followed by multiple rolling, annealing, pickling, and grinding processes to achieve precise dimensions and surface finish.
The titanium ingots are manufactured using 100% titanium sponge and are triple melted to ensure chemical composition uniformity and high-quality consistency — meeting customer approval standards.
