There are mainly alloys such as Gr5Eli, and Ti5Al2.5Tin. They have high specific strength, mechanical properties close to human bone, strength far superior to pure titanium, and also have the characteristics of fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent biocompatibility.

Titanium Medical Rod Gr23 is also called Gr5 Eli, this kind of titanium alloy biomaterial can be classified into "metal materials" in "materials for surgical implants".
